ทอมัส คนีลลีย์ (อังกฤษ: Thomas Keneally) (7 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1935 - ปัจจุบัน) ทอมัส คนีลลีย์เป็นนักเขียนนวนิยาย, บทละคร และสารคดีชาวออสเตรเลีย ผลงานสำคัญของทอมัส คนีลลีย์ที่เป็นที่รู้จักกันดีคือ “Schindler's Ark” (ไทย: เรือโนอาห์ของชินด์เลอร์) ที่ได้รับรางวัลแมนบุคเคอร์ ในปี ค.ศ. 1982 และต่อมาได้รับการสร้างเป็นภาพยนตร์โดยสตีเวน สปีลเบิร์ก โดยเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น “Schindler's List” (ไทย: รายชื่อของชินด์เลอร์)
