ปลาโอดำ หรือ ปลาโอหม้อ หรือ ปลาทูน่าน้ำลึก (อังกฤษ: longtail tuna, northern bluefin tuna; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Thunnus tonggol) เป็นปลาทะเลกระดูกแข็งชนิดหนึ่ง ในวงศ์ปลาอินทรี (Scombridae)
จัดเป็นปลาโอหรือปลาทูน่าชนิดหนึ่ง เป็นปลาผิวน้ำที่ชอบอยู่รวมกันเป็นฝูงเช่นเดียวกับปลาชนิดอื่นในวงศ์นี้ทั่วไป มีลำตัวค่อนข้างกลมและยาวเพรียวแบบกระสวย ครีบหลังที่แยกออกจากกันเป็นสองอันและอยู่ห่างกันเพียงเล็กน้อยเท่าขนาดความ ยาวของตา ครีบอกหลังยาวมาก ครีบท้องตั้งอยู่ในแนวเดียวกับครีบอก ครีบก้นอยู่เยื้องครีบหลังอันที่สองเล็กน้อย ครีบหางใหญ่เว้าลึกเป็นรูปวงเดือน มีเกล็กเล็กละเอียดอยู่บริเวณแนวท้อง มีจุดสีขาวเรียงกันเป็นแถวไปตามความยาวของส่วนท้อง ครีบฝอยของครีบหลังและครีบก้นมีสีเทาแกมเหลือง
มีความยาวประมาณ 40-70 เซนติเมตร มีขนาดความยาวใหญ่สุดถึง 145 เซนติเมตร น้ำหนักกว่า 35.9 กิโลกรัม
พบกระจายพันธุ์อย่างกว้างขวางตั้งแต่ทะเลแดงและแอฟริกาตะวันออกถึงนิวกินี, ทะเลญี่ปุ่นตอนเหนือ จนถึงตอนใต้ของออสเตรเลียและนิวซีแลนด์ ในน่านน้ำไทยพบทั้งฝั่งอ่าวไทยและทะเลอันดามัน เป็นปลาที่หากินบริเวณผิวน้ำ โดยล่าปลาหรือสัตว์น้ำขนาดเล็กต่าง ๆ เป็นอาหาร
เป็นปลาเศรษฐกิจที่สำคัญชนิดหนึ่ง เนื้อสามารถทำไปปลาดิบในอาหารญี่ปุ่นได้
