กลอยอินเดีย (อังกฤษ : Indian Wild Yam, Hirithala ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Dioscorea oppositifolia ) เป็นกลอย (Dioscorea) ที่มีถิ่นกำเนิดในเมียนมาร์ (พม่า) และในอนุทวีปอินเดีย (อินเดีย ศรีลังกา บังคลาเทศ)
อนุกรมวิธาน ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ของกลอยอินเดียเดิมเรียกว่า Dioscorea opposita ซึ่งมักสับสนกับฮ่วยซัว (กลอยจีน ซึ่งมีชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ Dioscorea polystachya ) และมักเรียกฮ่วยซัว ไม่ถูกต้องว่า Dioscorea opposita ซึ่งอาจเป็นความผิดพลาดในงานพฤกษศาสตร์ของการระบุสายพันธุ์ ปัจจุบันเป็นชื่อ Dioscorea oppositifolia ใช้เฉพาะกลอยอินเดียที่พบในอนุทวีปอินเดียเท่านั้น
ลักษณะทางพฤกษศาสตร์ เป็นไม้ลัมลุกเถาเลื้อย ใบทรงรีรูปหอก หรืออาจแปรเป็นรูปหัวใจในบางครั้ง ดอกมี 3 กลีบ ขนาดเล็กเรียงกันเป็นช่อแบบถี่ ผลเป็นฝักสามแฉก แต่ละแฉกแบน
