งูปาล์ม หรือ งูเขียวปาล์ม หรือ งูปาล์มแดง (อังกฤษ : Palm pit viper, Javanese pit viper, Flat-nosed pit viper ; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ : Trimeresurus puniceus ) เป็นงูพิษชนิดหนึ่ง ในจำพวกงูเขียวหางไหม้
งูปาล์ม เป็นงูเขียวหางไหม้ขนาดเล็ก ยาวประมาณ 35 เซนติเมตร มีสีและลวดลายปะปนกันหลายสี มีสีพื้นสีเขียว สีน้ำตาล และสีน้ำตาลอมแดง มีจุดประสีขาว ส่วนท้องสีน้ำตาลม่วง มีสิ่งที่ทำให้แตกต่างจากงูเขียวหางไหม้ชนิดอื่น คือ มีเกล็ดจมูกเชิดงอนขึ้น เกล็ดบนตาแหลมสูงทำให้แลดูเด่นชัด ไม่เหมือนงูเขียวหางไหม้ชนิดอื่น ๆ ซึ่งในครั้งแรกเข้าใจว่าเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสีลวดลายหรือเป็นความแตกต่างระหว่างเพศของตัวผู้และตัวเมียของงูที่พบในเขตประเทศมาเลเซียและไม่พบในประเทศไทย แต่เมื่อนำมาเลี้ยงดูและศึกษาแล้วพบว่ามีลักษณะเช่นนี้เหมือนกันทั้งตัวผู้และตัวเมีย
งูปาล์ม เดิมเคยเชื่อว่าเป็นงูถิ่นเดียว ที่พบได้เฉพาะในภาคใต้ของไทย พบครั้งแรกโดยเกาะพาดอยู่กลางป่าหวาย ที่อำเภอท่าฉางเขตติดต่อกับจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จึงได้ชื่อว่า "งูปาล์ม" และได้ให้ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ว่า Trimeresurus wiroti เพื่อเป็นเกียรติให้แก่ น.อ.(พิเศษ) วิโรจน์ นุตพันธุ์ นักวิทยาสัตว์เลื้อยคลานและสัตว์สะเทินน้ำสะเทินบก ชาวไทย แต่แท้จริงแล้ว งูปาล์มพบได้ทั่วไปตั้งแต่ภาคใต้ของไทยไปจนถึงมาเลเซียตะวันออกและอินโดนีเซีย โดยตัวอย่างต้นแบบแรก พบที่เกาะชวา โดยที่ไม่มีชนิดย่อย
