จาเรด โจเซฟ เลโท (อังกฤษ: Jared Joseph Leto) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 26 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1971 เป็นนักแสดง นักดนตรีชาวอเมริกัน มีผลงานแสดงครั้งแรกในบท จอร์แดน คาทาลาโน ในซีรีส์ทางโทรทัศน์เรื่อง My So-Called Life ทำให้เขาก้าวสู่วงการแสดงภาพยนตร์ มีผลงานอย่าง ภาพยนตร์ที่ได้รับเสียงวิจารณ์อย่าง Requiem for a Dream นอกจากงานด้านการแสดง เลโทยังเป็นนักร้องนำและกีตาร์ริทึม และเป็นคนแต่งเพลงหลักให้กับวงร็อก เทอร์ตีเซคันด์สทูมารส์
เลโทและพี่ชาย แชนนอน เลโท เริ่มต้นตั้งวงดนตรีที่ลอสแอนเจลิสในปี 1998 โดยเซ็นสัญญากับค่าย Immortal records และ Virgin records โดยมีอัลบั้มเปิดตัวในปี 2002 ใช้ชื่อเดียวกับชื่อวงคือ '"Thirty Seconds to Mars" และยังคงมีผลงานออกมาอย่างต่อเนื่องจนถึงปัจจุบัน ซึ่งเลโทยังได้มีโอกาสกำกับมิวสิควิดีโอของวง เช่น "The Kill" (2006), "Kings and Queens" (2009), และ "Hurricane" (2010)
