ชาวปัญจาบ (อักษรคุรมุขี: ਪੰਜਾਬੀ Paṁjābī ,อักษรชาห์มุขี: پنجابی Panjābī ) เป็นประชากรที่อาศัยอยู่บริเวณภูมิภาคปัญจาบ พูดภาษาปัญจาบซึ่งเป็นภาษาในกลุ่มย่อยอินโด-อิเรเนียน คำว่าปัญจาบหมายถึง ดินแดนแห่งน้ำทั้งห้า (เปอร์เซีย: panj ("ห้า") āb ("น้ำ"))
