สงครามอังกฤษ-เนเธอร์แลนด์ครั้งที่สาม หรือ สงครามดัตช์ครั้งที่สาม (อังกฤษ: The Third Anglo-Dutch War, ดัตช์: Derde Engelse Zeeoorlog) เป็นความขัดแย้งทางทหารทางทะเลระหว่างสาธารณรัฐดัตช์ กับอังกฤษ ซึ่งมีฝรั่งเศสเป็นพันธมิตรหลัก ตั้งแต่ 7 เมษายน ค.ศ. 1672 จนถึง 19 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 1674 และได้ลุกลามไปเป็นสงครามฝรั่งเศส-เนเธอร์แลนด์ในช่วงปีค.ศ. 1672 จนถึงค.ศ. 1678

ในปีค.ศ. 1670 พระเจ้าชาลส์ที่ 2 แห่งอังกฤษได้ทำสนธิสัญญาอย่างลับๆ กับพระเจ้าหลุยส์ที่ 14 แห่งฝรั่งเศส เกี่ยวกับการร่วมมือทำสงครามกับสาธารณรัฐดัตช์ โดยฟากฝรั่งเศสมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการยึดครองดินแดนเนเธอร์แลนด์ของสเปน ส่วนอังกฤษนั้นต้องการกอบกู้ชื่อเสียงคืนมาจากการพ่ายแพ้ในยุทธนาวีเมดเวย์ในปีค.ศ. 1667 โดยหนึ่งในสนธิสัญญานี้กล่าวถึงเงินทุนก้อนหนึ่งที่จะช่วยให้พระเจ้าชาลส์ที่ 2 แห่งอังกฤษนั้นมีอิสระในการใช้จ่ายโดยไม่ต้องผ่านการเห็นชอบของรัฐสภา
