เนอร์วัส อินเทอร์มีเดียส (ละติน: Nervus intermedius) หรือ เส้นประสาทอินเทอร์มีเดียท (อังกฤษ: Intermediate nerve) เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเส้นประสาทเฟเชียล (เส้นประสาทสมองเส้นที่ 7) อยู่ระหว่างใยประสาทสั่งการของเส้นประสาทเฟเชียลและเส้นประสาทหู (vestibulocochlear nerve; เส้นประสาทสมองเส้นที่ 8) เส้นประสาทนี้นำพากระแสประสาทรับความรู้สึกและใยประสาทพาราซิมพาเทติกของเส้นประสาทเฟเชียล เส้นประสาทนี้เชื่อมกับรากประสาทสั่งการของเส้นประสาทเฟเชียลบริเวณปมประสาทเจนิคิวเลตก่อนถึงคลองประสาทเฟเชียล (facial canal)
