สงครามต่อต้านการก่อการร้าย (อังกฤษ: War on Terror) เป็นคำที่ใช้ทั่วไปกับการทัพทางทหารระหว่างประเทศซึ่งเริ่มต้นอันเป็นผลมาจากวินาศกรรม 11 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2544 ต่อสหรัฐอเมริกา การทัพครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อกำจัดอัลกออิดะห์และองค์การก่อการร้ายอื่น ๆ สหราชอาณาจักร ประเทศสมาชิกนาโต้อื่น และประเทศนอกกลุ่มนาโต้เข้าร่วมในความขัดแย้งนี้ด้วยเช่นกัน
