ชตุทการ์ท (เยอรมัน: Stuttgart, ภาษาเยอรมัน: [ˈʃtʊtɡaʁt] ( ฟังเสียง); สวาเบีย: Schduagert [ˈʒ̊d̥ua̯ɡ̊ɛʕd̥]) เป็นเมืองหลักและเมืองที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในรัฐบาเดิน-เวือร์ทเทิมแบร์ค ตั้งอยู่ริมแม่น้ำเน็คคาร์ พื้นที่นี้มีประชากร 635,911 คน ทำให้เป็นเมืองที่ใหญ่เป็นอันดับ 6 ของประเทศเยอรมนี โดย 2.8 ล้านคนอาศัยอยู่ในเขตเมือง และ 5.3 ล้านคนอาศัยอยู่ในเขตปริมณฑล ทำให้เป็นเขตปริมณฑลที่มีขนาดใหญ่เป็นอันดับ 4 ของประเทศ ตัวเมืองและเขตปริมณฑลมักอยู่ใน 20 อันดับเขตปริมณฑลแรกของยุโรปตามจีดีพี เมอร์เซอร์จัดให้ชตุทการ์ทอยู่ในอันดับที่ 21 ตามคุณภาพชีวิตใน ค.ศ. 2015 หน่วยงานนวัตกรรม 2thinknow จัดให้เมืองนี้อยู่ในอันดับที่ 24 จาก 442 เมืองทั่วโลก และสำมะโน ค.ศ. 2014 ของGlobalization and World Cities Research Networkจัดให้เมืองนี้อยู่ในเมืองระดับโลกสถานะเบตา ชตุทการ์ทเป็นหนึ่งในเมืองเจ้าภาพในการแข่งขันฟุตบอลโลก 1974 และ2006
