เตอร์กิสถาน (อังกฤษ: Turkestan, Turkistan; เปอร์เซีย: ترکستان‎, แปลตรงตัวว่า "สถานที่ของชาวเติร์ก") หมายถึงพื้นที่หนึ่งในเอเชียกลาง ตั้งอยู่ระหว่างไซบีเรียทางทิศตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ทิเบต, อินเดีย และอัฟกานิสถานทางทิศใต้ ทะเลแคสเปียนทางทิศตะวันตก และทะเลทรายโกบีทางทิศตะวันออก
