เบดูอิน หรือ บัดว์ (อังกฤษ: Bedouin, /ˈbɛduɪn/; อาหรับ: بَدْو‎, อักษรโรมัน: badw, เอกพจน์ بَدَوِي บะดะวี) เป็นประชากรชนร่อนเร่อาหรับที่มีประวัติว่าอาศัยอยู่ในบริเวณทะเลทรายของแอฟริกาเหนือ, คาบสมุทรอาหรับ, เมโสโปเตเมียตอนบน และลิแวนต์ คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษของคำว่า เบดูอิน มาจากภาษาอาหรับว่า บะดะวี ซึ่งหมายถึง "ผู้อยู่อาศัยในทะเลทราย" และมีความหมายตรงข้ามกับคำว่า ฮาฎิร ที่หมายถึงกลุ่มคนที่มีวิถีชีวิตแบบนั่งนอนมาก อาณาเขตของเบดูอินขยายไปตั้งแต่เขตทะเลทรายในแอฟริกาเหนือถึงบริเวณทรายหินในตะวันออกกลาง พวกเขาแบ่งตนเองออกเป็นหลายชนเผ่า หรือกลุ่ม (รู้จักกันในภาษาอาหรับว่า อะชาอิร; عَشَائِر) และมีวัฒนธรรมในการต้อนอูฐและแพะ เบดูอินส่วนใหญ่นับถือศาสนาอิสลาม ถึงแม้ว่ามีส่วนน้อยนับถือศาสนาคริสต์ในบริเวณพระจันทร์เสี้ยวอันอุดมสมบูรณ์
