สเตรโตคิวมูลัส (อังกฤษ : stratocumulus ) เป็นเมฆลักษณะทรงกลมขนาดใหญ่ มีสีขาวจนถึงสีเทา ได้ชื่อมาจากภาษาละติน stratus แปลว่า เป็นชั้นและ cumulus แปลว่า เป็นกองสุมกัน สเตรโตคิวมูลัสมีอักษรย่อคือ Sc และสัญลักษณ์

สเตรโตคิวมูลัสเป็นหนึ่งในเมฆระดับต่ำ ร่วมกับคิวมูโลนิมบัส คิวมูลัส และสเตรตัส โดยทั่วไปก่อตัวที่ชั้นโทรโพสเฟียร์ ที่ระดับความสูงต่ำกว่า 6,500 ฟุต (2,000 เมตร) เกิดจากการพาความร้อน เนื่องมาจากกระแสลมแปรปรวนที่ยกตัวสูงขึ้น แต่ไม่สามารถพัฒนาในแนวตั้งได้เพราะอากาศด้านบนแห้งและเสถียรกว่า ลักษณะเป็นชั้นของสเตรโตคิวมูลัสเกิดจากการผันผวนของอากาศ ส่วนลักษณะเป็นกองเกิดจากการพาความร้อนที่เกิดขึ้น สเตรโตคิวมูลัสเป็นเมฆที่ช่วยสะท้อนแสงอาทิตย์ โดยสามารถสะท้อนแสงอาทิตย์ได้ราว 2 ใน 3 ของแสงอาทิตย์ที่ส่องกระทบในทะเล สเตรโตคิวมูลัสเป็นเมฆที่พบได้ในทุกสภาพอากาศและไม่ก่อให้เกิดฝนตก อย่างไรก็ตาม อาจก่อให้เกิดฝนละออง หรือหิมะตกปรอย ๆ
สเตรโตคิวมูลัสมีลักษณะคล้ายเมฆอัลโตคิวมูลัส แต่มีขนาดใหญ่กว่าและบางครั้งมีสีเข้มกว่า สเตรโตคิวมูลัสเป็นเมฆที่มักก่อให้เกิดปรากฏการณ์รังสีครีพัสคิวลาร์ ซึ่งเกิดจากแสงอาทิตย์ถูกเมฆบดบังทำให้เกิดเป็นลำแสงพุ่งผ่านช่องว่างของเมฆ และโคโรนา หรือวงแหวนสีรุ้งที่เกิดจากแสงจันทร์ในเวลากลางคืน
